• If I feel that my skill level may not meet your request.

I won't take your order if you use AI for : the sketch, an example, a base, a reference.
Also if you ordered to someone knowing they used generative AI or yourself used generative AI

Have a reference or multiples drawings of your character

You’ll receive a sketch of your commission. After approval, any changes will incur an upcharge

Provide any details that you want in your commission.
I am not responsible for any changes and will include fees

For complex design, there will be additional fees

All goods delivered are digital, no physical goods will be provided

If I made any mistakes on a detail, no fees apply

None of the files from my PNGtuber or Vtuber can be shared, nor the parameters of them

Payment is accepted only via VGen, in Euros https://vgen.co/Felidaei

Work begins after full payment is received

You may request a refund if I provide no updates on your commission for more than 2 months

If I am unable to complete your commission for personal or professional reasons, you will receive a full refund regardless of progress I usually not use the money before the work is done

If you fail to respond to feedback or approval requests for over 1 month, I may cancel the commission, and we can discuss an arrangement

Republication and sharing of the artwork is allowed, but please credit me with @felidaei

You cannot use my art to for NFTs, blockchain, cryptocurrency or to feed a generative AI algorithm.

You cannot use my art to post on socials/web sites that use images to data learn (AI gen).
The only one you're allowed to post is the protected version of it

You are not allowed to use the commission for hatful behaviors

Don’t be afraid to ask for updates about your commission

The steps may vary in function of the commission

You commission me, send me files : references, images, specify what you want

The steps are : sketch > line > colors > render > background
Between each step if you ask for major changes, it will include fees

At the final step, you will receive :
• .png glazed against generative AI (has my @ to difference both of the .png)
• .png not glazed

or

• .mp4 file
↪ Motion design

or

• .veado files
↪ PNGTuber

Those commissions can take more time than drawings

You commission me with the cutted art done by an artist

The steps are animation of : the face expression > head > body > physics Between each step if you ask for major changes, it will include fees

You will receive : .moc3 files

Additional fees apply if used for commercial use
